Trophies and Medals for Surrey Sports Leagues
Surrey's sports scene is a lot more than hockey. Soccer, field hockey, cricket, volleyball, basketball, lacrosse and baseball all run leagues and tournaments here, and each one wants a slightly different kind of award. We carry soccer trophies, cricket trophies, volleyball, basketball, lacrosse, hockey and baseball trophies, among many others. If your sport doesn't have its own category, pick one of our generic trophies and have the plate engraved with your league name and season.
For tournaments and end-of-season days, sports medals are usually the practical choice, because you're handing out a lot of them. They come in gold, silver and bronze finishes, and you can choose ribbon colours to match a team or a division. Count your divisions first, then add a few spares for late registrations. It's much easier than chasing a replacement the week of the event.
Corporate Awards for Surrey Businesses
Good corporate awards are simple: a clean design, the right name spelled correctly, and a logo that looks sharp. Our glass awards, crystal awards and acrylic awards are the ones HR teams reach for most often, for years of service, top performer recognition, retirements and company milestones. If you'd rather have something wall-mounted, look at our plaques or browse the full corporate awards range.
If you're ordering corporate awards in Surrey for a whole department or a yearly program, send us everything in one email: the recipient list, the wording you want and your logo file. Having it all in one place cuts down the back and forth.
Schools, Colleges and Community Groups
Academic achievement, athletic awards, volunteer thank-yous and graduation recognition all fit here. Our academic medals and academic trophies work well for schools and colleges, and plaques are a good fit for non-profits and community groups that want something people can hang on a wall.

Custom Engraving and Personalization
This is the part we do ourselves, in-house. Metal plates take sharp, clean text. Acrylic gets a frosted, high-contrast engraving that catches the light. Glass and crystal hold fine etched detail, and wood takes a deep, dark mark. We also do sandblasting and full-color printing, so a logo with several colours doesn't have to be flattened into one.
Here's what can be customized on each type of award:
| Award Type | What You Can Customize |
|---|---|
| Sports trophies | Player or team names, league logo, season, plate text |
| Medals | Names, logos, dates, ribbon colours |
| Glass and crystal awards | Engraved names, messages, company logos |
| Acrylic awards | Engraved text, logos, full-color printed artwork |
| Plaques | Engraved plates, wording, logos |
| Corporate awards | Company logo, recipient name, year or milestone |
If you need custom engraving for a Surrey order, a vector logo file (or the best-quality version you have) will give you the cleanest result.
Ordering From British Columbia
Ordering from Surrey works the same way as ordering from anywhere else in Canada. You never need to visit us in person.
- Choose your awards from the catalogue.
- Send your engraving details and logo.
- Confirm the production timing and your event date.
Production takes 5 to 7 business days unless we tell you otherwise. Shipping to British Columbia comes after that, so work backwards from your event date and leave yourself some breathing room. We offer rush services for tight deadlines, so ask us before you order if you're short on time.
We're in Ontario, three hours ahead of Surrey, so email is usually the easiest way to reach us. You can attach rosters, logos and name lists in one message at order@shoptrophies.com. Prefer to talk it through? Call +1 (416) 770-7219.
One thing to check before you submit: names, spelling, dates and logos. Personalized items can't be cancelled, returned or refunded once engraving begins, so a quick second look saves a lot of grief.

Our productsFAQs
Do you ship to Surrey, BC?
Yes. Everything is made at our shop in Concord, Ontario and shipped across Canada, which includes Surrey and the rest of British Columbia. We don't have a storefront or pickup location in Surrey, so all orders go out by courier.
How long until my order arrives in Surrey?
Production usually takes 5 to 7 business days, and courier time to BC comes after that. If you have a hard event date, tell us when you order and leave a little buffer.
Can I add names, dates or a logo?
Yes. We engrave names, dates, messages and logos in-house, and we can print full-color artwork on suitable awards. Email your logo and a list of names to order@shoptrophies.com and we'll take it from there.
Can I change or return a personalized order?
Not once engraving has started. Personalized items can't be cancelled, returned or refunded after that point, so check the spelling, dates and logo carefully before you submit.
Who usually orders custom awards from you?
Sports league coordinators, tournament organizers, schools and universities, corporate HR teams and non-profits. Mostly it's for tournaments, year-end banquets, staff milestones and volunteer recognition.
