Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. You should also note, customs and duty charges are the sole responsibility of you, the client. Please check ahead with your country's import regulations before placing and order.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We ship using trusted carriers such as CANPAR, FEDEX, UPS, and PUROLATOR. You can choose your preferred service at checkout.
Please note: Shipping times depend on the carrier and service level selected, and are in addition to our 4–5 business day production time. Once your order has been picked up, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. While we use reliable carriers, we unfortunately cannot guarantee their delivery times.
Yes! We do offer a rush service. You would need to call or email us to give us more details on your order. We can do orders in as quick as 1 hour.
We take great care in packing your trophies and awards, but on rare occasions items may be damaged during transit.
Here’s what to do:
• Inspect your package right away. Please check your items as soon as you receive them.
• Report damage within 24 hours. Email us at order@shoptrophies.com within 24 hours of delivery. Claims after this time cannot be accepted.
• Send photos: Please include your order number, photos of the damaged item(s), and the packaging.
Carriers require proof of damage right away in order for us to file a claim. Prompt reporting ensures that we can process your replacement quickly and efficiently.
Product
It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.
Payment
We do not provide refunds for damaged shipments. However, once your claim is verified, we will gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost. We also work directly with the carrier to file a damage report so the issue is properly recorded.
