One of a set of substantial awards in aquashaped sandstone and starfire glass. Sandstone, as a major structural element, reinforces the impression of weight, solidity and permanence in an award. The Challenge features a central starfire rectangle, with etched climber artwork and polished edges, and sandstone "cliffs" on front and back. This piece works well as a recognition item acknowledging great persistence, supreme effort or success in difficult circumstances. Due to the nature of sandstone, the exact thickness, color and surface texture may vary from piece to piece. Etching or colorfill on sandstone is not available.
*Important Production & Customization Notes:* Lead Time: This series requires 10 business days for production. Engraving Options: Circular bases/awards include engraved plates by default. Direct-on-glass engraving is available upon request for an additional $80.00 fee per award. Color Printing: Color printing ($35.00) is subject to award compatibility. If color printing is selected but cannot be accommodated, the fee will not be charged to your card.

Cancellations
We move quickly to get your order into production.
Standard Orders: All sales are generally considered final once placed.
Pre-Engraving Cancellations: If your order has not yet been engraved, we can process a cancellation. Please note that a 40% administration and processing fee will apply to cover design work and material preparation.
Post-Engraving: Once an item has been personalized, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Damages & Order Issues
Your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer elective returns or exchanges, we will always make it right if there is an error on our part.
