Direct-on-glass engraving is available upon request for an additional $80.00 fee per award. Color Printing: Color printing ($35.00) is subject to award compatibility. If color printing is selected but cannot be accommodated, the fee will not be charged to your card.

Cancellations
We move quickly to get your order into production.
Standard Orders: All sales are generally considered final once placed.
Pre-Engraving Cancellations: If your order has not yet been engraved, we can process a cancellation. Please note that a 40% administration and processing fee will apply to cover design work and material preparation.
Post-Engraving: Once an item has been personalized, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Damages & Order Issues
Your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer elective returns or exchanges, we will always make it right if there is an error on our part.
