Returns & Cancellations Policy
At ShopTrophies, we take pride in creating custom pieces tailored specifically for you. Because our products are personalized and cannot be restocked, we have established the following guidelines:
Cancellations
We move quickly to get your order into production.

Standard Orders: All sales are generally considered final once placed.

Pre-Engraving Cancellations: If your order has not yet been engraved, we can process a cancellation. Please note that a 40% administration and processing fee will apply to cover design work and material preparation.

Post-Engraving: Once an item has been personalized, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Damages & Order Issues
Your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer elective returns or exchanges, we will always make it right if there is an error on our part.
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at order@shoptrophies.com within 24 hours of delivery.
